Everyone says “screened”. These are the four places that word usually turns out to mean nothing.
When an agency is paid only if you hire, nobody is paid to check anything — so nobody checks anything. We charge for the search itself. That is the whole reason we can afford to do it properly.

Employer 3 (2017–2019) has moved abroad and the number is unreachable. Police verification is submitted but not yet returned. We have not verified anything about her family or her finances, and we have not tested her for anything we do not list above.
The last box is the one that matters. Every profile ends with what we could not confirm — and it is never empty.

Confirmed, then the balance
Her salary is yours to pay from day one — this is work, not a free trial. The balance falls due once she has completed ten service days.
One month’s salary, less ₹10,000
The whole fee is one month of the salary you agree with her.
Published, and the same for every family. There is no second invoice.
Worked example. You agree ₹40,000 a month with her. You pay us ₹10,000 to start, and ₹30,000 once she has worked ten days. Total to Dear One: ₹40,000. Nothing further, ever.
If she leaves within 30 days of starting, we run one replacement search at no further fee. Exclusive of GST where applicable; the full terms are in the agreement you sign before any payment.

What if none of the three is right?
The search closes and the ₹10,000 is not refunded — it paid for screening three people, which we will have done in full. We say so before you pay. Our incentive is to get it right inside three, because the rest of the fee only arrives if someone stays.
Who employs the professional?
You do. You agree her terms, pay her directly and direct her work. We search, screen and introduce. We are not her employer and we take no cut of her pay.
Are your professionals “verified”?
They are carefully screened, and we choose that word deliberately. We interview, check identity and address, examine work history, telephone two references, and check nursing registration where it applies. Nobody in India can run a complete criminal record check, because no national database is open to private companies.
Are the first ten days a free trial?
No. She is paid from her first day, for every day she works. Ten service days is simply when the placement is confirmed and the balance falls due.
What if she leaves soon after starting?
Before ten service days, for reasons unconnected to you — the balance does not fall due and we resume the search. Shortly after confirmation — tell us within 48 hours and we run a replacement search.
Why one profile at a time?
Because paper flatters the wrong candidates. Meeting one person properly tells you more than reading three résumés, and it is fairer to the professionals waiting on an answer.
