Three roles, three different jobs, three different rates.
Daily care of a baby or young child. Feeds, naps, play, routine, safety. The base assumes live-out, six days, one child, no special requirements.
Newborn and mother together, usually for the first two to six months. Night feeds, massage, recovery support. A scarcer, more skilled job than general childcare.
Clinical care at home by someone with a current State Council registration. Medication, wound care, observation, post-surgical support.

These are the rates we work to in Mumbai, and we would rather publish them than have you discover them after paying a retainer. They are an honest estimate, not a quotation — the person you meet may ask for more or less, and you always agree the final salary with her directly.
And our fee, since you are here
₹10,000 starts a 30-day search and up to three profiles, shared one at a time. It is non-refundable and it comes off the total in full. Our total placement fee is one month of her agreed salary, and the balance falls due only once she has completed ten service days. We charge the professional nothing, ever, and we never place anyone below ₹25,000 a month.
